4. WARRANTY
A 30% deposit is required to confirm all orders. This deposit is non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing. All orders are invoiced directly and payment must be made as specified on the invoice. No credit card details are stored or processed through our site.
3. DEPOSITS, INVOICING & CANCELLATIONS
Some images displayed on our site may not have been taken by Vellore and may include AI-generated visuals. These are used for inspiration and mood representation.
Vellore’s Exhibit collection and designed lighting are original concepts, created by our team and inspired by architectural and material references. Each piece is made to order and subject to availability, lead time, and materials.
2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are not a minor and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. Vellore does not sell to minors.
Pricing is not displayed on our website. Orders are handled through invoicing, and credit card information is not collected on-site. Deposits (typically 30%) may be requested via invoice to confirm orders.
